CWFHA Board Member Biographies

President

 

Kathy Ryan Morgan, BSBA holds the position of Business Manager of the Pediatric Pulmonary Section at The Children's Hospital. She has over 25 years of experience in the non-profit healthcare field – specifically in academia.  Kathy has worked in both the research and hospital areas where she has managed employees, prepared and managed grants, operationalized new clinical programs and worked with physicians and senior management on new business initiatives. 

Kathy has lived in Colorado for many years.  Her family moved to Denver after living in Europe her first 13 years of life.  She is fluent in German and still retains much of the French she learned while living in France.  She received her BS in Business Management at Metropolitan State University.

Tracy King, Tracy joined Kaiser Permanente Colorado's Strategic Management Consulting department in April 2010 as a Project Manager.  Before arriving at KP, Tracy worked at the University of Colorado Cancer Center as a clinical research manager.  Prior to her management role at the Cancer Center, she was an analytical chemist researching HIV pharmacology at the University of Colorado Denver School of Pharmacy.  She received her MBA in Health Administration from CU Denver and a BS in Biochemistry from Bucknell University.  Tracy has a passion for international health issues and loves to travel.  In her spare time, she enjoys photography, yoga, hiking, and skiing.  In spring, summer, and hopefully October, you can find Tracy rooting for the Yankees and the Rockies.

Janine Costantini, MS, CMPE is currently employed at The Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado as the Ambulatory Practice Director for the Department of Pediatric Dentistry.  She has been with TCH for over 7 years and has been in Dentistry for over 20.  Janine graduated from the MS Health Administration Program at Regis University.  She is currently serving as Co-President and Membership Chair of CWFHA.  She has been with the organization for three years and has previously served on the board as Secretary.  She is also a member of MGMA and is currently pursuing her ACMPE certification.  

In her spare time Janine enjoys hiking with her dogs, cycling, cross-county skiing and snowshoeing and traveling.

Stephanie Franszczak, MEd holds the position of Human Resources Recruitment Generalist at National Jewish Health. She has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field – specifically in Human Resources, full-cycle recruitment and organizational development.  Stephanie graduated with a Masters Degree in Education from Colorado State University - Denver Center.  Stephanie has worked in both the not for profit and profit arenas where she has developed center-wide training programs, provided full-cycle recruitment and worked with physicians and leaders on their Human Resources needs. 

Stephanie is a native and grew up in Littleton, Colorado.  She and her husband have one dog and two cats.  She enjoys cooking, reading, gardening and spending time with her family.

Newsletter Chair

Jeannie Miller has been the Quality Improvement Specialist for the Department of Psychiatry at The Children's Hospital since 2007. She has been employed at the Children's Hospital for nine years, serving as Program Coordinator for the Department of Case Management, and Intake Specialist for the Eating Disorders Treatment Program. She has worked for 20 years in various fields of healthcare and received her Master's in Health Services Administration from Regis University in Denver. Jeannie began her professional career as a City Planner for the city of Kansas City, Missouri. She is a member of the American Association of University Women, and the American College of Healthcare Executives, as well as serving as the newsletter chair for the Colorado Women’s Forum in Health Administration. 

She and her husband have 3 children, one grandchild, 2 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys Yoga and Tai Chi, reading, playing golf and hiking with the family dogs.
