Scholarship

In Spring of 2007, CWFHA will award $2,000 to a female graduate student demonstrating commitment to enhancing the role of women in health care administration.

To be considered, candidates must be:

1. A graduate student in a health administration master degree program in Colorado with a minimum grade point average of 3.0.
2. A member of CWFHA during the 2006-2007 program year.
3. On track to graduate in the scholarship year (by December 2007 at the latest).

To complete your 2006-2007 CWFHA scholarship application, please provide the following:

1. Application letter (no longer than 3 pages) with the information below:

• Short- and long-term career goals.

• The role of the female health administrator (present and future).

2. Copy of school transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institution(s) attended.

3. Faculty letter of nomination.  A copy is acceptable if the faculty member has already sent this letter under separate cover.

4. Letter of nomination by CWFHA member (optional).
