In the Spring of 2012, The Colorado Women's Forum of Healthcare Administrators will award one $1,000 scholarship to a female graduate student demonstrating commitment to enhancing the role of women in health care administration. Listed below are the scholarship criteria and application requirements |

Application Requirements
1. Application letter (max three pages) containing the following information:
a. Reason for applying for the scholarship.
b. Short-term and long-term career goals.
c. The role of the female health administrator (present and future).
2. Copy of school transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institution(s) attended.
3. Faculty letter of nomination. A copy is acceptable if the faculty member has already sent this letter separately.
4. Letter of nomination by CWFHA member (optional).
Scholarship Criteria

A graduate student in a health administration master degree program in Colorado with minimum grade point average of 3.0.

A student member of CWFHA during the current program year.

Must be enrolled in an accredited graduate program.

Available to serve the CWFHA Leadership Board as Student Liaison for the upcoming program year.
All packets received will be reviewed by the scholarship committee and will be asked to interview with selected board members. Contact Dorien Rawlinson for more information. Applicants will receive a confirmation email upon receipt.
